Registrations for delegates and students include access to all conference sessions, a physical copy of the conference book of abstracts, coffee/tea breaks, lunch, welcome reception and social dinner.

Registrations for accompanying persons include only the welcome reception and social dinner.
Registrations do not include accommodation, travel, travel insurance or visa costs.

Registrations for online participation include online access to all conference sessions and a physical copy of the conference book of abstracts.

(*) TERMS OF CANCELLATION:
In case of cancellation before the 22 March 2024, 100% refundable, minus a processing fee of 100€. In case of cancellation after 22 March 2024, no reimbursement shall be made.

Failure to provide proof of student status will result in the participant having to pay the difference between the full price and the discounted price, in order to be admitted to the event. Student fee is for Bachelor and Master students. Ph.D. researchers and Post-Docs are not considered students. These positions must be valid at time of the registration.
